| We wish to introduce ourselves as one of the group company of R.K. Batra Group. The group is in transportation trade since 1985 & has more than 400 nos. pressurized tankers. For Propane / Propylene transportation alone, the group is having 115 tankers. The group companies are serving all Public sector Oil Companies for LPG transportation, leading chemical industries in the country for propylene transportation including Reliance Industries Limited. Group is also transporting other Pressurized Gases like Butane, Butadiene, C-4 Mix etc. In addition, the group has more than 70% LPG transportation business for Nepal Bottlers from Barauni / Mathura. 1. M/s Surya Shakti Vessels Pvt. Ltd., Asaoti, District Faridabad (Haryana)– LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Unit having statutory approvals from Bureau of Indian Standards / Chief Controller of Explosive, Nagpur / Excise / Sales Tax etc. This unit has ISO certification. It has IOCL, BPCL, & HPCL as its customers. It exports cylinders to Nepal. 2. M/s Delhi LPG Industries,– LPG Valves manufacturing unit at Asaoti, District Faridabad (Haryana) – It has statutory approvals from Bureau of Indian Standards / Chief Controller of Explosive, Nagpur / Excise / Sales Tax etc. It has IOCL, BPCL, & HPCL as its customers. It also exports to Nepal. 3. M/s. Gill International Limited.- The company is an authorized dealer of ESSAR Oil Limited for distribution of furnace oil in the states of Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal. The company is also having its LPG Blending cum Bottling Unit at Hathin, near Palwal (Haryana) under the brand name GILDAN, to cater to the needs of Bulk LPG Customers & filled commercial LPG Cylinders for Industries, Hotels, Canteens & Hospitals etc. 4. M/s R.K. Batra Transport,- Corporate Office New Delhi – The Group under the banner of R.K. Batra Transport has activities mainly connected to Bulk LPG, Propylene, Propane, Butane, C4 Mix, Butadiene, Pantene & Vinyl Chloride Monomer etc. Company is catering to the transportation needs of PSU Oil corporations, Government organizations, Chemical Industries & Nepal Bottlers. 5. M/s SPL Finance limited,-South extension-2, New Delhi RBI approved NBFC which undertakes hire purchase & lease finance. |
Product & Services Portfolio |
We are a prominent manufacturer, supplier, trader, & exporter of LPG Cylinders, and Regulators & Valves. Further, we also offer the service of Transportation and Fuel provision for these LPG Cylinders across the international market. Our cylinders are available in various sizes ranging from 5kg to 48 kg fuel capacity, as per IS standards. Further, we deal in high quality fuel as per IS 4576 and ISO 8217:2005. We efficiently transport Bulk LPG, Propylene, Propane, Butene, C4 Mix, Butadiene, Pentane, and Furnace. Our fleet of 350 tankers allow us to deliver these cylinders within stipulated time period. Our advanced production unit allows us to manufacture 10 lacs of regulators and 6 lacs of valves per annum. Our products cater to the requirement of government organizations, public sector oil corporations, chemical, and petrochemical industries. Some of its distinct features of our product line are sturdy built, safe and durable. Hence, we are a preferred choice among our domestic and commercial clientele. This LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Unit is situated in Village – Deeg on Asaoti Railway Station Road Tehsil Ballabgarh, Distt. Faridabad -Haryana, (Near Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. LPG Bottling Plant, Piyala).
The Unit is having latest Equipments, Technical / Experienced & qualified force of personnel’s. This unit is supplying LPG Cylinders to Public Sector Oil Corporations like Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, IBP Company & Pvt. Parallel Marketing Companies supplying filled LPG Cylinders. In addition to these customers, the unit is also Exporting Cylinders.
The company is Proud recipient of ISO 9001:2008 certification & has statutory approvals from Bureau of Indian Standards / Chief Controller of Explosive, Nagpur / Excise / Sales Tax etc. The installed capacity of the unit is 350,000 cylinders per shift & has plans for further expansion. The unit has facilities of De coiling, manufacturing of cylinders in line with the norms set by various agencies. In addition to manufacturing cylinders, facilities & approvals exist, of appropriate authorities, for reconditioning of old LPG Cylinders. Also the company is in process of developing Auto LPG cylinders. Auto LPG is expected to be sunshine industry in very near future

| Delhi LPG industries
The unit has approval from Bureau of Indian standards, Chief controller of explosives. The company has already obtained technology transfer approval from Indian oil corp. limited to manufacture 25.6 mm collar dia. LPG valves for all public sector oil corporations.
Approval to manufacture 22 mm dia. Collar valves is also there. The unit has already exported large number of valves to Nepal.
The company has latest equipments, technical/experienced and qualified work force of personnel. This unit being in the premises of cylinder manufacturing unit has the advantage to share technical and operational expertise. The capacity of the unit is to manufacture ten lac LPG valves and six lacs regulators per annum.

| TRANSPORT
The RK Batra group (Transportation Wing) is presently operating with more than 400 owned Bulk pressurized tankers and transporting products mentioned above. The group has contracts with government organizations, public sector oil corporations, chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
